Can't Log In? Try This First

An outdated bookmark or old browser link can frequently cause login errors. First, ensure you are navigating directly to agent.kw.com.

If you still receive an error, remember that your username is usually not your email address. When you first initialized your Command account, you created a unique username. If you cannot remember it, reach out to the market center front desk and we can instantly look it up for you at (405) 691-2556.

Password Issues

If you are certain your link is correct but your password isn't working, please click the "Forgot Password" link directly on the Command login page and follow the emailed reset instructions.

How to Clear Cache & Cookies

If Command is still acting up, residual browser data might be blocking the page. Try clearing your history:

  • Google Chrome: Press Ctrl + Shift + Delete (Windows) or Cmd + Shift + Delete (Mac). Set the time range to "All time", check "Cookies" and "Cached images", then click Clear data.
  • Apple Safari: Go to the top menu, select Safari > Settings > Privacy > Manage Website Data, then click Remove All.

CRITICAL THREAT PROTOCOL: If you suspect your email account has been compromised or hacked, your absolute FIRST STEP must be to reset your password immediately. Do not wait. Update it to a completely unique, strong password.

Step 2: Notify the Office (Email Kenzie)

Step 3: Crucial Post-Compromise Security Actions

Once your password is secured, execute the following checklist to protect your transactions:

  • Check Your Forwarding Rules: Hackers frequently set up hidden rules to silently forward your incoming emails straight to an external inbox. Go to your email settings and delete any rules or filters you did not create.
  • Turn On Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): Enable 2-Step Verification in your email account's security settings. This requires a mobile text code or app approval whenever anyone tries to log in from a new device.
  • Alert Active Clients & Escrow: Wire fraud is a severe risk. If you are currently in an active transaction, immediately call your buyers, sellers, and title partners over the phone to notify them verbally.

Common Phishing Scams to Watch For

Phishing attacks target real estate agents constantly because transactions involve massive financial transfers. Watch out for these common variations:

  • The "Updated Wire Instructions" Trap: Any email from escrow, title, or a seller claiming the routing numbers changed at the last second is almost always fraudulent. Always verify wiring updates using an established phone number.
  • Fake DocuSign / Google Drive Notifications: Scammers send emails that look identical to a DocuSign signature request or a Google shared document. When clicked, they send you to a fake screen designed to steal your KW or email password. Look closely at the actual sender's email address domain.
  • The Urgent Executive Request: An email appearing to be from leadership or an executive asking you to quickly purchase digital gift cards or wire funds for a "hush-hush" office emergency.

The Absolute "What NOT to Do" Checklist

  • NEVER reuse your email password across other applications (like Canva, your local MLS portal, or random real estate sites). If one of those sites gets leaked, hackers will automatically try your password on your primary inbox.
  • NEVER click a link inside an unverified or urgent message. If an email claims your account is about to be suspended, bypass the link entirely and navigate manually to the portal via your standard browser bookmark.
  • NEVER download attachments from unknown senders (especially zip files or file names ending in .exe, .html, or .pdf when you weren't expecting a package).
  • NEVER approve a random phone or authenticator push notification request if you weren't actively trying to log into a device yourself.
